Terms of Service

1. Who we are
LeadIntel is a lead research service operated by AMZU Consulting Inc. ("AMZU", "we", "us"), a company based in Canada. By placing an order on leadintel.amzuconsulting.ca you agree to these Terms.
2. The service
You upload a list of prospects (name, company, LinkedIn URL), select a batch size, and pay a one-time fee. We research each prospect using publicly available information and deliver a research report as an Excel file to the email address you provide at checkout. No account or subscription is required.
3. Payment and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. All sales are final: research begins the moment your payment is confirmed, and its data and compute costs are incurred immediately. If your report does not arrive because of a problem on our side, contact support@amzuconsulting.ca with your order reference and we will redeliver your report or, where we are unable to deliver it, refund your purchase.
4. Delivery
Most reports arrive within the hour. We guarantee delivery within 24 hours of a confirmed payment with a valid lead file. If your file contains more leads than your purchased batch size, we research the first leads up to that size.
5. Your responsibilities
You confirm that you are lawfully permitted to provide the prospect data you upload, and that your use of our reports — including any outreach you conduct — complies with the laws that apply to you (for example anti-spam legislation such as CASL and CAN-SPAM). You may not use the service for unlawful purposes or resell reports as a standalone data product.
6. Research accuracy
Research is based on publicly available information at the time of processing. Coverage and accuracy may vary by prospect. Identified pain signals are potential indicators for further investigation, not confirmation of a company's internal challenges. Reports are provided "as is" for informational purposes and are not professional, legal, or financial advice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMZU's total liability arising from or related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on a report.
8. Intellectual property
You own the reports we deliver to you and may use them freely within your organization. The LeadIntel name, site, and underlying service remain the property of AMZU.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms from time to time; the version published on this page applies to new orders. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
