LeadIntel is operated by AMZU Consulting Inc. ("AMZU", "we", "us"), based in Canada. This policy explains what data we handle when you use leadintel.amzuconsulting.ca and how we protect it.

2. Data we collect from you

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, and the file you upload. Payment details are collected and processed directly by Stripe — your card number never touches our servers. We keep order records (amount, reference, delivery status) to provide support and redeliver reports.

3. Prospect data you upload

Your uploaded list contains business contact information about your prospects (names, companies, LinkedIn URLs). We process this data to produce your research report, enriching it with publicly available information. Your data stays yours — we never sell your uploaded prospect lists.

4. Cookies and tracking

We do not run advertising trackers. The checkout uses Stripe, which may set cookies strictly required for secure payment processing and fraud prevention.

5. Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS, stored with access controls, and payment verification happens server-side. Generated reports are kept in private storage accessible only to our systems.
